The Dexter Horton Building is located in Seattle, Washington on 710 Second Avenue. The building itself is fifteen floors high and contains approximately 17,000 to 24,000 square feet of usable space for each floor. To service the attendants of the buildings, there are six passenger elevators and two freight elevators. Communication is handled through Standard Qwest telephone data lines, which allows broad-band telecommunications throughout the entire building.
